Shipping Costs

• Delivery is completely free for all orders within the Republic of Croatia.

Return Policy

We offer free returns in the following situations:

• If the customer is not satisfied with the product.

• If the product is damaged during transport.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@luzdesign.hr or 099 510 1232 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will process the return as quickly as possible, and we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package through the DPD system.

Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address details or if the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we can arrange for a re-delivery at no additional cost, once the accuracy of the details has been confirmed.
